In the 1950s, company founder Josef Schnell was seven-time German champion in weightlifting. With great success, he constantly expanded the company, which was founded in 1957, and refined the product range. After all, in 1972, SCHNELL was appointed the official provider for the Olympic Games in Munich in the categories weightlifting, wrestling and judo. This very personal reference results in an equally personal commitment. A Family business in the best possible sense: it is about more than just filling gaps in the market. SCHNELL workers are convinced of their products’ efficiency and quality, which they keep on a constant high level.
